What does our Property Management Service include?
Our full management package allows you to sit back and relax by providing you with:
  • Experienced fully qualified property manager.
  • Comprehensive marketing of the property including professional photos.
  • Finding a suitable tenant quickly, and avoiding void and vacant period whereever possible.
  • Obtaining tenant references.
  • Drawing up a tenancy agreement.
  • Organising EPCs, gas safety inspections and electrical safety checks, as required, and renewing safety certificates when necessary.
  • Arranging the inventory check-in.
  • Instructing the pre-tenancy professional clean.
  • Deposit protection.
  • In-house accountant processing rent collection, chasing rent arrears should the need arise, and handling all credit control transactions.
  • All communication with the tenant will be dealt with by us on your behalf.
  • Arranging the transfer of the utilities.
  • Property visits during the tenancy, and reports sent to you.
  • Requesting quotes and instructing repairs as necessary, using our local, fully vetted and approved contractors.
