We can advise and assist you in any area of your development, giving you a service tailor-made to your requirements rather than just a sales team. Ultimately, we will work through your development process with you, resulting in the swift, successful sale of all your properties.

Valuation

Based on facts not aspirations

Bridge could help you value both land sites and the individual units in your future development. Our team can draw up lists of comparable properties to make an informed decision about the sales values that we believe we can achieve for you. We can provide market research on properties currently for sale in the local area surrounding your site, as well as comparables from other properties that we have recently sold, to give you valuations based on facts, not aspirations.

Planning & Funding

We can even put together a marketing proposal to send to your bank

If you are looking for help with putting together a planning application, then Bridge has the skills to assist you with the task. With two decades of experience within the industry, we consult on countless applications and would like to help you with any queries you might have.

We have contacts with a number of architects and planning consultants, with specialist local expertise and a proven track record, who might be able to help you put together applications and appeals.

Bridge has often assisted with the funding of builds and land sales. Using comparables and expert local knowledge we can put together a marketing proposal to send to your bank or investors outlining local demand, a background on the area and achievable projected sales.

Specification & Layout

Recommending, sourcing, buying

From advice on layout and specification choice during the build phase, to appropriately dressing the show flat for its demographic, or simply being armed with answers to the myriad questions purchasers may have – the Bridge team are the show flat experts.

We have our own interior design team who could become involved at any stage of the show flat’s creation. Depending on your needs, one of our designers can recommend, source and buy materials and furnishings for construction and marketing on any budget.

The perfect show flat can not only drive off-plan sales, but also increase the value of all of the developments' units.

Branding & Marketing

Creating hype for our 4,000 applicants

Giving your development the perfect personality for its location by forming it into a fantastic brand, with the accompanying marketing material, is another area in which Bridge can help you. We have worked with numerous developers without in-house marketing teams to create full marketing campaigns which create hype around developments before the launch.

We have links with designers and printers and can create emailers, websites, hoardings and brochures to publicise your development to discerning buyers. Knowing how and when to communicate with your buyers’ demographic is as key as knowing what to say to them We have a constantly growing database of over 4,000 live applicants looking for new homes in the East London area. Our New Home Sales team will use this resource to drive the maximum number of viewings from launch to completion.
