6 weeks' rent – this is your security "damage" deposit. The deposit will be protected in a ring fenced account (MyDeposits) and is not accessible by Bridge or the landlord throughout the tenancy. The deposit is refunded to the tenant(s) at the end of the tenancy subject to an inventory/checkout.
Bridge’s Admin Fees are £300 + VAT (£360 inc VAT)
£50 + VAT (£60 inc VAT) per reference. If you do have a Guarantor, they will also need to be referenced – this will be factored into the costing.
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT
Bridge will be instructed by the landlord as to what arrangements are to be made for the inventory and check-in. Where a landlord organises this inspection independently of Bridge, the charge may be greater than this amount.
