Bridge’s Admin Fees are £300 + VAT (£360 inc VAT)
£50 + VAT (£60 inc VAT) per reference. If you do have a Guarantor, they will also need to be referenced – this will be factored into the costing.
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Where a landlord organises this inspection independently of Bridge, the charge may be greater than this amount.
If you wish for your current tenancy to be renewed, Bridge will make a charge of £200 + VAT (£240 inc VAT) to cover administration and preparation of relevant documentation.
